We pride ourselves on great food, great staff and great service. After reviewing this presentation folder, please contact our Function Coordinator for answers to any questions that you may have. We can assure you that Skyline will make this a memorable occasion for you and your guests.

Can I place a tentative hold on a date?

A

We do not reserve a date until we receive a deposit. The date is   considered secure upon receipt of the deposit. The room rental is for 4  hours. Every additional hour is $150.00 and only if scheduling allows.

How is the deposit applied?

A

The deposit reserves your function date. The deposit is $300.00 and it is deducted from the final balance, and is not refundable.

May I pay with a Credit Card?

A

Major credit cards are accepted as well as cash or certified checks. Customers wishing  to settle the final balance with a regular check must do so three business days prior to  the event.

What is the payment plan following the deposit?

A

Your balance is due the day of the function except in cases where a non certified  check will be used for payment. In that case the check must be paid 3 days prior to  the event.

Why is it required to have a police detail?

A

This is an ordinance of the City of Quincy.

Questions regarding serving alcoholic beverages

A

Our fully trained T.I.P.S. Certified staff of bartenders will serve in a responsible  manner; we reserve the right to discontinue alcohol service at our discretion and  reserve the right to stop serving a half hour prior to your guest’s departure. All guests will need proper identification.

May I bring a Specialty Cake?

A

Yes, you may bring cakes and desserts, however Skyline charges a cutting fee of  $1.00 per guest. Skyline also offers a full selection of cakes and desserts. Under no  circumstances can you bring your own drinks (alcoholic or non alcoholic) or other foods  into the facility.

Decorations?

A

You may bring your own decorations as long as they are approved by our Function Coordinator. No confetti or similar types are permitted.
