Brunch Options are available only on Sunday’s, Saturday Bruncheswill be considered if the guest count for the event is 65 or more. Brunch events can begin as early as 10:30 a.m. and can begin as late as 12:30 p.m.
All Brunch functions will have the function room for 3-1/2 hours. Additional time is sold in 30 minute increments at $50 per increment (half hour). Brunches will be completed no later than 3:30 p.m. under any circumstance.
There is a set up fee of $150.00. For parties of less than 65 the room fee is $200.00. Parties of less than 50 will be charged $300.00. Parties of less than 40 can be accommodated for $400.00. The Main function room will never be available for parties of less than 30 guests.
Fireside Room Private Brunches for smaller parties of up to 30 guests. Room fee of $100 for parties of 25 - 30, $150 for parties of 20 - 24, $200 for parties of 16-19, $250 for less than 16.
Food
All Brunches are buffet style.
Brunch Option includes;
Omelette Station
Carving station with 1 meat and 1 poultry
4 chafing dishes with
traditional breakfast food items such as Eggs Benedict, sausage, potato, bacon
A large salad of either Caesar or mixed garden will be supplied (choice is yours)
Cheese and cold vegetable tray
Fruit tray
Desserts of at least 3 styles
Pastries
Bagels with butter and Cream Cheese.
Lunch meats and vegetables in season will be on cold trays.
Special requests will be considered, however there may be additional costs
Coffee, Tea and Orange juice are served. Soda is at an extra charge of $2.29 per drink served.
You will require a bartender at a fee of $75.00 for the event. Alcoholic beverages will be available from the bartender only. A Bartender fee is NOT applied in the Fireside Room.
Brunch guests may purchase a Champagne Mimosa at $3.50 or a Breakfast Vodka Bloody Mary at $5.00
Entertainment is permitted. A Police detail is required if alcoholic beverage is served with live entertainment. The fee paid to Quincy Police is $175.00 Skyline will handle all police coordination and payment on your behalf.
A deposit of $300 is required and is considered earned if cancellation takes place less than 61 days from the date of the event. Fireside Brunches require a $150.00 deposit. All deposits are considered earned if cancellation occurs less than 61 days from the date of the function
All luncheon entrees are served with Caesar Salad, choice of two side dishes and Coffee or Tea.
Side dishes include; roasted vegetables, choice of potato or rice pilaf.
When choosing the Luncheon option, your guest’s menu selection must be preordered per guest. Every guest must have a place card showing their selection.
All plated options include dinner rolls, Caesar salad or tossed salad.
Served with your selection of two side dishes.
Roasted Red Bliss potato, garlic mashed potato, rice pilaf, vegetable medley, green beans. Spinach or Asparagus may ber selected for an additional $3.00 per person
A coffee or tea station may be added for $2.75 per person
